Terms & Conditions, The Best Club Under The Sun Competition

• To enter the Best Club Under The Sun competition, participants must tell us why their club is the most deserving in less than 500 words, They can then upload an image and / or video on to www.etihadgaa.ie and complete the entry form or post the image including their contact details (name, address, email, contact number & age) and the reason behind their entry to "The Best Team Under The Sun" Competition, 41a Blackberry Lane, Rathmines, Dublin 6, Ireland. The wining club will be chosen based on the most appropriate entry in accordance with the promotion.
• To enter the Dream Team competition, participants must choose their 'Dream Team' by selecting any combination of 15 players to complete the team. The winning entry will match the Dream Team as selected by Etihad Airways.
• No proof of purchase necessary.
• "The Best Club under the Sun" competition is only open to individuals who reside in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• In the event of the team being under the age of 18, guardians will be required to travel with the team in accordance with the terms of insurance.
• Entry shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize.
• Entrants must be available to travel between the dates of 1st January - 31st July 2011 to Abu Dhabi, only on the dates specified by Etihad Airways.
• Closing date for the competition is 9th September 2010.
• By entering, participants may be required for publicity purposes to make themselves available for media engagements on behalf of Etihad Airways.
• The winning club will receive flights and accommodation for up to 25 people from their hurling club. Accommodation will be for a period of no more than 5 days.
• In the event of visas being required these will need to be organised and paid for by the individual/ club.
• It is at the discretion of the club secretary or president to nominate the team that is most deserving of the prize.
• The prize is as stated and no alternative, cash or otherwise will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
• The judge's decision on the winning club is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Illegible entries will not be accepted.
• Etihad Airways accepts no responsibility for any entries not received.
• Etihad Airways do not accept any responsibility in the event of unforeseen circumstances that may lead to the cancellation of the trip or any part thereof.
• Etihad Airways accepts no responsibility to participants for personal injury and/ or loss or damage of property, during the trip abroad.
